Hire Rates – Hagley Community Centre – Hire Rates were updated as of 01/01/2026 to a new flexible hourly rate (with the exception of Saturday evenings)

The full Community Centre is available to hire for a wide range of activities and events.

Facilities At The Centre

The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, hot water boiler, microwave, and kettles.

Please note:

There is limited cutlery, plates, and cups available. Hand towels, tea towels and bin bags are not provided.

If you are hosting an event for a large number of guests, we recommend bringing additional items to meet your needs.

Housekeeping items are situated in the cleaner’s cupboard in the kitchen.

The Sound System

The centre offers WiFi and a hearing loop for convenience. There is a PA/Sound system and speakers.  Please mention at time of booking if you require use of this so we can arrange someone to instruct you how it works.

We have two trollies each carrying 7 Large & 7 Small folding tables and the 7 preschool tables are on a single trolley

For Health & Safety reasons you will find the chairs stacked as follows:
In stacks of no more than 7 around the walls of the main hall – but not on the stage or in other rooms.

The folding chairs are kept in the cupboard at the end of the main corridor adjacent to the ladies toilet and you will need to arrange these in advance. They are stacked on two trolleys and there should be 40 per trolley secured by a trolley belt. Again for Health & Safety reasons, we keep the folding chairs in the cupboard when they are not in use
