Hagley Village News was first published in May 1963 and today is distributed FREE to 3100 households in Hagley every month. Advertising revenue pays for the printing, but the Editor, Advertising Manager, Distribution Manager and distributors are all volunteers.

The Back Issues Archive holds copies of The Village News. Back issues are of two types, from October 2004 they are in searchable .pdf format, but earlier copies are scanned and cannot be searched.
