Active Seniors

33 It has been great to welcome a number of new local people into Active Seniors classes over the last couple of months.

I’m aware that a class in Hagley that had been going for many years sadly recently closed and as a result a number of people who used to attend have made enquiries about classes held at the Community Centre each week.

It’s been lovely to welcome them into the fold! However although I have been running classes in at the Community Centre since 2016 some people were unaware of the exercise options I provide! So if you know someone that would benefit from adding exercise to their week then please pass this on to them – they may not see the magazine or perhaps live outside the area it is delivered, perhaps in Clent or Belbroughton, so you may be the key person in passing on the information and getting them started!

I offer a free session for people to try a class as it ensures we get the correct ‘fit’. The person is then more likely to come along to exercise regularly which is when the benefits to health really start to happen. I’m constantly impressed by the consistency of my clients to attend and take part and they put in so much effort each week – I’m so proud of you all!!

If you or anyone you know has any questions about the classes on offer then please give me a call on 07512 5464680.
